Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Chelmsford. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisors and Sales teams in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on application status and progress mortgages through to offer stage.
- Liaising with solicitors until completion to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Processing incoming mail and managing the central inbox to ensure efficient communication.
- Handling telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Working closely with our Financial Advisors and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Occasionally visiting the branch network to offer support to other Advisors in the field.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of mortgage products and services, as well as experience in a similar role.
