The successful candidates will be responsible for managing clinics and providing exceptional care to patients with musculoskeletal issues.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Orthopaedic Physiotherapy team, you will collaborate with fellow physiotherapists, assistants, and Advanced Practitioners. Your role will involve:
- Managing a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative and chronic issues.
- Providing mentorship and training to junior staff and students on placement.
- Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough physiotherapy assessments and developing treatment plans for patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
- Implementing individualized management strategies based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practices.
- Providing education and training to colleagues and students in physiotherapeutic techniques.
- Managing a designated caseload effectively, prioritizing clinical needs and optimizing time management.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in various specialties.
- Experience in supervising junior staff or students.
