The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating departmental administrative processes
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Documenting tender submissions in the centralized database
  • Preparing purchase orders for service providers
  • Drafting and organizing quotes, proposals, and project documentation for the leadership team
  • Assisting with the procurement of materials in collaboration with management
  • Scheduling and attending meetings
  • Overseeing project team calendars, including site visit coordination
  • Collaborating with the finance department for billing and invoicing
  • Engaging with external vendors and contractors
  • Managing the acquisition of necessary equipment and supplies for projects

This position provides opportunities for both personal and professional development within the organization. While the role is primarily office-based, there is potential for a flexible work arrangement that includes remote work options.
