Sales Advisor - Holywood

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark in Holywood. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to Winemark's standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
