The Role

As part of this Legal 500 recognized Corporate team, you will engage with high-quality work across a diverse client base. You will handle a full spectrum of Corporate activities, including M&A, scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, and restructuring.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio and support the entire lifecycle of corporate transactions.

  • Ambitious solicitors with 4+ years PQE in Corporate law
