Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including baked goods, salads, and other menu items.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the Catering Manager to plan and implement menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the delivery of internal and external catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
