Job Title: Design Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Design Director to lead our digital creative team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for driving the design of digital applications, user interfaces, and content structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Apply user-centred design methodologies to deliver high-quality design deliverables, including sketches, scamps, page layouts, and component design.
  2. Brainstorm concepts for new pitches and campaigns, and oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to launch.
  3. Lead digital design thinking, share knowledge, and techniques with the team.
  4. Work with remote development teams and have experience working in-house.
Supporting the Design Team:
  1. Work with Creative Director and other Design Directors to manage digital workload.
  2. Mentor and support design team by sharing digital expertise.
  3. Promote design excellence within the team.
  4. Client-facing - able to communicate effectively up to Board level in the client organisation.
