We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Colourist to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a Digital Colourist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of colour matching and quality in our digital colouration process.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of colour profiles and machine operations to ensure accurate colour matching.
• Work closely with the digital team to ensure efficient production plans are met within budgeted quality and efficiency levels.
• Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with colleagues to achieve targets on quality, output, and behaviour.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software systems and technologies to ensure optimal performance.
• Support and train colleagues as needed to maintain high standards of colour matching and quality.

• Art & Design or Textiles studies or experience.
• Maths & English - minimum Grade C or equivalent.
• Computer literate with CAD/Photoshop experience.
• Knowledge of software systems.
