Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Network Plus Services. In this role, you will take charge of financial management for various projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and that all commercial aspects are handled with precision. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating contractual obligations and identifying potential risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract execution and financial reporting
  • Manage project progress and cash flow analysis
  • Supervise subcontractor relationships and performance
  • Draft and manage subcontract agreements
  • Implement change control procedures and value engineering
  • Evaluate and quantify variations and compensation claims
  • Participate in client discussions and support the operational team

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience with NEC4 contracts is advantageous
  • Background in the Utilities sector is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of NEC contract terms is preferred
  • Exceptional communication abilities
