About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our Local Fulfilment Centre (LFC) team. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a culture where colleagues thrive and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team within the LFC warehouse function to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Uphold legal and budgetary requirements while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through agreed SLAs.
  • Foster engagement and uphold our values within your team, maintaining open and effective communication.
  • Manage and coach your colleagues to drive their performance towards achieving targets and collaborate with other colleagues within the LFC to deliver site results.
  • Accountable for maintaining health and safety standards, planning resource activities for your team, and ensuring the accuracy and security of stock.
