Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Community Healthcare Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and supporting the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of healthcare services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
  • Support the management of pharmacy operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • MPharm degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
