Nurse Manager Opportunity in Dundonald

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Manager to lead our team in Dundonald. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and ensuring operational excellence in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work alongside the Deputy Manager to ensure the efficient running of the home
  • Ensure all nursing and care staff are registered on the live register with the NMC and NISCC
  • Ensure all staff are Access NI Cleared and have the correct authority and legal right to work in Northern Ireland
  • Carry out all pre-employment checks, including references, prior to staff arriving on site
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained to ensure the safety of residents and adjusted as appropriate to meet their needs
  • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice
Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a nursing home
  • Active and clean NMC Pin
