We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at SEIMAF UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC systems for our nuclear industry projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request and analyze input data for layout engineering, including process and instrumentation diagrams, equipment data, and other relevant information.
- Verify the technical consistency of the input data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Carry out layout engineering or propose improvements to the layout to solve multi-disciplinary layout issues.
- Design and implement HVAC ducts in 3D models and check the consistency between process and instrumentation diagrams and 3D models.
- Write technical documents, including progress reports, change impact analysis, design procedures, and handover reports.
- Implement modifications in 3D models, following modeling rules and checking consistency of changes.
- Perform surveillance activities on detail designer engineering production.
- Produce packages to support maturity reviews with main stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in the nuclear sector.
- Settled status and permanent right to work in the UK.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take a strategic view, manage multiple interfaces, and meet commitments and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including thermal loads.
