About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Automotive Mobile Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our mobile workshop, you'll be responsible for visiting private and business customers to perform high-quality mechanical repairs and services. If you're a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality mechanical repairs and services on a wide range of makes and models of CV and hybrid vehicles
- Work independently in a mobile workshop environment, with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the market
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a mechanic at a garage or mobile environment
- Minimum 1 year mobile mechanic experience
- Good knowledge of a wide range of makes and models of CV and hybrid vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Starting Basic Salary: £28 – 35k per annum, based on experience and skill set
- Lucrative Uncapped Bonus Scheme: Average £4k to £8k per annum
- OTE up to £42k
