We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring the financial success of our operations at Reed, a leading provider of care services.

About the Role
  • Salary: Up to £65,000 Per Annum
  • Job Type: Full-time

As a Group Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports, overseeing the Management Accounts team, and contributing to the success of our operations across almost 60 residential, nursing, and specialist care homes and domiciliary care operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the Management Accounts team, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries and the group.
  • Prepare management accounts and board reports.
  • Manage financial reporting systems and controls.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks as directed by the Group Financial Controller and the Chief Finance Officer.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (UK GAAP).
  • Experience with financial reporting software and systems.
