Job Summary

The IT Software Development Scrum Master will lead multiple global scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, helping the product owners and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing impediments, coaching the team, resolving conflicts, and supporting the product owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize extensive expertise in Azure DevOps for functionality, tracking, and project management.
  • Lead multiple scrum teams, implementing Agile methodology and scrum practices effectively.
  • Organize product owners and development teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate efforts to remediate impediments and coach scrum teams on resolving blocks.
  • Mediate conflicts and issues that arise between cross-functional teams.
  • Train team members to achieve higher levels of scrum/agile maturity.
  • Support and educate product owners as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or area with at least 5+ years' work experience as a Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master Certification required
  • 3+ years' experience with Azure DevOps and software development
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Knowledgeable in development and change management techniques
  • Ability to adapt to work with and lead multiple teams in different time zones
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to remain focused in the middle of distraction
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through on actions including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner (verbal and written) across functional and technical departments
  • Possess the capacity to work on multiple tasks at any one time, handling conflicting demands, prioritize workload and effectively delegate while maintaining high quality standards
  • Expertise in rapidly comprehending the functions and capabilities of new technologies
