Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in the London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, universities, and training schools
  • Liaise with simulation/resus teams, ITU/ICU nurses, ODPs, paramedics, anaesthetists, training managers, IT/department managers, and procurement/purchasing teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar industry or role
  • Strong understanding of software and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
