Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in the London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, universities, and training schools
- Liaise with simulation/resus teams, ITU/ICU nurses, ODPs, paramedics, anaesthetists, training managers, IT/department managers, and procurement/purchasing teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar industry or role
- Strong understanding of software and digital solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: £45,000
- Commission: £11,500
- Fully expensed company car
