Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to our clients and promoting their independence, choice, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring client-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
