About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and implementation of SAP GTS systems across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP GTS systems, including design, implementation, and deployment of solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement system changes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of complex technical problems and issues within the Global Trade Services specialty.
  • Prioritize work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects meeting Service Level Agreements.
  • Work with the business to analyze requirements, design, and deliver solutions.
  • Provide support for migration projects as required.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into solution frameworks and architectures.
  • Facilitate incident and problem resolution with business experts and technical resources.
  • Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
  • Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP Global Trade Services and ability to analyze new requirements and implement system changes.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to review change requirements and serve as the SAP Global Trade Services Subject Matter Expert.
  • Previous experience working with ticketing systems (Service Now).
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience implementing SAP Global Trade Services as a Greenfield project.
  • Experience using SAP Global Trade Services integrated with Customs Declaration Systems.
  • Experience with Seeburger.
