Job Title: QC Shift Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Shift Analyst to join our Flavours Quality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical activities, including raw material and finished product testing, to ensure analysis meets department agreed KPI's.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment in good order to ISO17025 requirements using statistical techniques where applicable.
  • Ensure adequate and updated working methods are in place.
  • Maintain QM master data to ensure materials are tested against the current IFF specification.
  • Perform detailed chemical investigations into internal and external non-conformance, including identifying root cause and establishing preventative actions.
  • Detail rework requirements for failures.
  • Ensure laboratory supplies are adequate.

Requirements:

  • Prior laboratory and chemical analysis experience within a food or related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science related field (chemistry, biology, food science etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP functionality and IFF customer profiles.
