About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at TrueNorth®. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our clients' projects and leading delivery teams to implement technical architecture designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to delivery teams, ensuring that technical architecture designs are implemented effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Technical Design: Design and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients, staying up-to-date with new and innovative technologies.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their technical skills and expertise.
  • Architecture Experience: Have extensive experience in software architecture, including programming languages and methodologies.
Requirements
  • UK-Based: Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Hybrid Working: Will be working from a home office in one of our locations (Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London) and will be expected to be on client site once every 2 weeks.
  • Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
