We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Talent Finder in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with a 45-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will earn up to £40,000, comprising a salary of £31,000 to £35,000, plus a bonus scheme, and additional amounts for upselling, lead generation, and on-call duties.

Our company operates across Oxfordshire and has strong contracts in place, with plans to expand. We offer a competitive package and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing tasks with high efficiency and quality.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and lead generation.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
