About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Nurse to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the clinical leader in providing leadership and effective management for the Day Procedure Unit and Same Day Admissions Unit.
  • Undertake a full range of perioperative duties in the care of adult patients from admission, third-stage recovery, and discharge.
  • Coordinate patient activity, staffing, and utilization within the clinical area to deliver high-quality healthcare.
  • Proactively involved in the management of the team's performance and patient care provided within the clinical area.
