Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on non-contentious commercial work, including commercial agreements, partnership/joint venture/outsourcing arrangements, supply agreements, T&Cs, distribution agreements, and franchise agreements.

About the Role:

  • Advise clients nationally and internationally on commercial law matters, including commercial agreements, partnership/joint venture/outsourcing arrangements, supply agreements, T&Cs, distribution agreements, and franchise agreements.
  • Be involved in business development, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
  • Liaise closely with other departments, including competition, employment, tax, and IP.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial team, including mentoring and training junior lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years PQE in commercial law.
  • Entrepreneurial character able to bring ideas to the table for discussion.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
