About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Investment Consultant to join our team at Isio. As a key member of our investment consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on their defined contribution pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead DC investment consulting role on a portfolio of DC clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on investment strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative DC investment strategies, taking into account the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Deliver high-quality advice to clients on a range of topics, including investment selection and monitoring.
  • Support the development of new business activities, including tender submissions and pitches.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on new issues being considered for default strategy design and evolution.
  • Research and analyze DC provider default strategies and individual DC funds to provide bespoke solutions for our clients.
  • Support the wider DC team in advising clients on changes to providers or DC vehicles.
  • Take responsibility for drafting and reviewing reports, as well as managing the work of team members.
  • Develop and coach junior team members, including performance management.

Requirements:

  • FIA/FFA or CFA/CISI qualification (or equivalent).
  • Growth mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Extensive experience in investment consulting, ideally with a focus on DC schemes.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility and work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
