About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Court Team within the Safeguarding and Care Planning Service. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children at risk of harm, working closely with other agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for children in need, working closely with families, carers, and other professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports to court, ensuring that the child's voice is heard and their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bromley Children's Legal Team to ensure that children's cases are well-prepared and timely.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, ensuring that best practice is upheld at all times.
