Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective care plans for children in need, working closely with families, carers, and other professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports to court, ensuring that the child's voice is heard and their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the Bromley Children's Legal Team to ensure that children's cases are well-prepared and timely.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, ensuring that best practice is upheld at all times.
- A competitive salary of up to £52,327 per annum, plus a £2,000 annual retention payment and a £2,000 Golden Hello.
