As a close-knit organization, they offer a wide range of services, including refurbishment and extension projects, new-build housing developments, and design, surveying, and estimating consultancy.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key projects across Hampshire, Sussex, and Kent. This role requires a strong background in contracts/project management, with experience in managing on-site project execution, supervising site personnel, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and effective teamwork.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract matters, fostering positive relationships and addressing any contract/project related issues or disputes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure contract/project terms are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and reduce surplus expenditure.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a contracts/project management role is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft office full suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to various project locations.
