Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tonight Josephine. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our late-night bar and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of the bar's day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional experience, including prompt and friendly service, and a high-quality product.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and servers to deliver unforgettable experiences and support their development.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including stock ordering, rotation, and control.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of the bar's finances, including cash handling, till management, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a late-night bar or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
