Packing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packing Operative to join our team at a leading pet food manufacturer in North Scarle, Lincoln. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of high-quality pet food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a packing line, including product feed, bagging, technical checks, and recording palletization, and finished product transfer to warehouse via FLT.
  • Create stock (finished product and WIP) on CEMEX (stock system).
  • Capture, segregate, and transfer waste for rework.
  • Clean as you go, and wider site cleaning as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Background in manufacturing, preferably in food or FMCG.
  • Availability to start work as soon as possible.
  • Own transport due to the remote location of our client.
