We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our employees, managers, and stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring seamless communication with providers and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe.
- HR Advice and Guidance: Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, providing high-quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration, with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvements by analyzing issues, process delays, and quality problems, and recommend solutions to enhance our HR Shared Services.
- Compliance and Data Protection: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection legislation at all times, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Requirements:
- HR Knowledge and Experience: Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures, with a solid foundation in benefits administration.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills, with the ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin is highly desirable, but not essential.
