The Role: Complex Care Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Complex Care Support Workers. You will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to a 62-year-old female client living in her own home.
Client Profile
Our client has experienced a spinal cord injury resulting in paralysis, and she utilizes a tracheostomy and invasive ventilation. She is an active individual who enjoys gardening, exploring the community, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care tasks.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities.
- Facilitate access to the community for outings and appointments.
Shift Requirements
This is a 0-hour contract, with shifts allocated based on team availability. Flexibility, including weekend availability, is essential. Day shifts will run from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
All shifts are provided on a 2:1 staffing ratio.

Requirements
