Unqualified Learning Mentor Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Learning Mentor. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain valuable classroom experience and develop their skills in education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of lessons and provide support to students in a specific subject area
  • Work with students who require additional support, including those with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Deliver targeted interventions in 1:1 and group settings
  • Assess student progress and report to class teachers or SENCo
