Senior Civil or Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our team in Newport, South Wales. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing technical leadership to junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, contracts, and budgetary control, ensuring successful delivery to clients.
  • Develop and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Take a technical leadership role, driving the design process to meet client needs and championing innovation to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical input to business development activities and lead winning tender opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating experience of Safety in Design and Designer's responsibilities under CDM.
Requirements:

We are looking for a hard-working, committed, and enthusiastic individual with effective communication and team working skills. A full UK driving licence is required.

A degree (or equivalent) in civil and/or structural engineering is essential, and the applicant will be a Chartered or Incorporated member of the ICE or IStructE.

You will have a passion for progressing sustainable solutions and helping our clients achieve resilient infrastructure fit for the modern world.
