Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Facades Sales Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our significant expansion plans and make a real impact on the construction industry.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including main contractors and developers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies, support new product development, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve a minimum of 16 face-to-face client visits per week.
- Conduct at least 4 site visits per week.
- Make a minimum of 20 contact calls per week.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales or similar roles, ideally within the construction industry or related to facades.
- A proactive 'hunter' mentality with a strong drive for identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
