Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facades Sales Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our significant expansion plans and make a real impact on the construction industry.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including main contractors and developers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies, support new product development, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve a minimum of 16 face-to-face client visits per week.
  • Conduct at least 4 site visits per week.
  • Make a minimum of 20 contact calls per week.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience in face-to-face sales or similar roles, ideally within the construction industry or related to facades.
  • A proactive 'hunter' mentality with a strong drive for identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
