Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities:
As a Service Operations Planner at Marubeni Komatsu Ltd, you will be instrumental in assisting the Service Supervisor and ensuring the seamless functioning of the service team. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing customer service needs, coordinating with maintenance personnel, and executing administrative tasks. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities are vital for success in this position.
Key Duties:
- Assist the Service Supervisor in managing the team effectively
- Organize and allocate tasks to maintenance personnel
- Oversee customer service requirements and schedule service assignments
- Handle service-related activities and address customer inquiries
- Aid in preparing customer quotes and invoices
- Conduct data processing and general administrative responsibilities
Required Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in workshop or field operations planning
- Strong skills in customer relations
- Capability to perform under pressure and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Experience with heavy machinery is advantageous
- Technical familiarity with Komatsu products is a plus
