Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Newport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, managing a small team, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all necessary reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Be hands-on in the warehouse, including regular lifting, carrying, and driving.
- Provide a smooth handover at the end of each shift.
- Operate a forklift truck.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Up-to-date external counterbalance forklift certificate.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing working hours and support other resources as needed.
- Basic understanding of human resources processes, including absence management, conduct management, and performance management.
- Basic IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
