Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational, and listed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of tax professionals and provide guidance on complex tax issues
- Develop and implement tax strategies to drive business growth
- Work closely with partners to shape the team's growth strategy
- Provide expert advice on UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, and succession planning
- Lead on transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters
Requirements:
- ACA &/or CTA qualification
- Extensive experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality tax work
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of UK corporate tax issues
- Strong communication and leadership skills
