**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their daily goals and enjoy activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities, such as hobbies, education, and employment.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Monitor and report on individual progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

We provide a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.37, as well as comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role. **Requirements**
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance is required for this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts and sleep ins.
- Driver's license is desirable, but not essential.
