Job Title: Medical Receptionist/Prescriptions Clerk
Company: Salisbury House Surgery
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist/Prescriptions Clerk to join our team at Salisbury House Surgery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Process appointment requests, deal with visits and requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Work effectively with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Hours:
- Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
