  • Event Planning and Marketing: Plan and execute events, promotions, and special offers to attract customers and drive business growth.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth running of the bar on a day-to-day basis, including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to manage emergencies, such as unruly customers, accidents, or equipment failure, and deal with conflicts between staff or with customers effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and other key metrics for upper management, and monitor industry trends and customer preferences to keep the bar competitive.

Requirements:
