Aesthetic Field Service Technician

Concept Resourcing is currently recruiting for a number of IT/EPOS Field Service Engineers to join a well-established team in various locations.
Job SummaryThe successful engineers will be frequently working as part of a team surveying, installing, and maintaining IT, EPOS, and weigh scales equipment.
The opportunity will involve working days and nights (may include weekends) on site for a range of well-known retailers on a shift pattern basis.
Key Responsibilities- Survey, install, and maintain IT, EPOS, and weigh scales equipment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Travel to various locations, including Reading, Bristol, and the West Midlands.
- Use company-provided vehicles, mobile phones, and laptops.
- Participate in a contributory pension scheme with Legal & General.
- Enjoy 34 days' holiday per year, including bank holidays.
- Benefit from fantastic training on the most advanced equipment in the industry.
- Have the opportunity to be cross-trained from other industries, such as coffee and vending, ticketing machines, and ATMs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ATM/EPOS/IT Field Service Engineering.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel, as well as structured cabling skills and the ability to install containment while working at height.
- CSCS, IPAF, and general IT skills are essential.
- A full UK driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance and MOT are required.
- A standard engineering toolkit and PPE, including a hard hat and boots, are necessary.
