Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, providing guidance, and promoting a culture of hope and resilience.
About the RoleAs a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with service users, assessing their needs, and developing personalized plans to support their recovery. You will provide regular contact, offer advice and information, and deliver psycho-social interventions to help individuals achieve their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential in this role.

Requirements- An understanding of substance and alcohol use and the challenges and opportunities for individuals on a recovery journey.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work dynamically on a one-to-one and group basis.
