Key Responsibilities:- Control and maintain project documentation, including technical documents and design drawings.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that documentation is issued in accordance with established procedures.
- Use PowerBI Dashboards to review and analyze non-compliance on projects.
- Produce BIM Execution Plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Previous office/administrative experience.
- Good use of Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively (face-to-face and telephone).
- Understanding of the BIM process is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
