Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Department in ensuring a high-performing team and a fast and efficient service is provided within the practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and responding to correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including designing and writing job adverts, preparing interviewer assessment packs, and sending out relevant information to new starters.
  • Support the HR team in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including staff surveys, absence management, and employee data reporting.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, including auditing information and creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of general education (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • CIPD qualified to Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience of working in an HR department or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, 17:00 pm finish

Salary:

£11.44 to £12.46 an hour, in line with Holderness Health Pay Policy
