Transformative Procurement Opportunities

Turner & Townsend Group is a leading global consultancy business seeking a skilled Procurement Transformation Specialist to join our Contract Services team. As a key member of our Transformational Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in delivering industry-leading procurement change to large global brands on exciting transformational programmes and projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support clients in their procurement transformation initiatives, guiding them towards modernised and efficient procurement systems, alignment with their digital ambitions, and a clear focus on their sustainability targets.
  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement practices, and support clients to align with environmental, social, and governance goals while delivering their procurement objectives and vision.
  • Design and implement procurement target operating models for the future, optimising procurement operations, aligning with digital and commercial strategies, and delivering a sustainable enterprise-level transformation.
  • Formulate and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings and enhance operational efficiencies within client organisations.
  • Support the development of our Transformational Procurement proposition suite and build innovative market eminence and thought leadership.
  • Support the delivery of both team and broader business targets.
Requirements
  • Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge, from industry or advisory.
  • Solid research, evaluation, and analysis skills.
  • Storyboarding and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong IT and digital skills and a real interest and curiosity in tools, systems, and data.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain intelligence and innovation.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement.
  • Has achieved, is working towards, or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
  • Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated, not essential.
