Role Overview
As a Space Planning Consultant, you will provide exceptional space planning and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) services to our clients. You will be a proactive consultant capable of collaborating with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, delivering surveying and layout designs of the highest quality.

Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of space planning standards and relevant industry regulations (space standards, DDA)
- Strong technical skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook
- A relevant degree or equivalent education is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CAFM software, such as Tririga
- Prior experience in a similar position

Principal Duties
Professional Services:
- Support the Client, Facilities Management, and Projects Department in delivering space solutions
- Provide customized reporting and manage scope of works/requests within agreed timelines
- Oversee the production of periodic reports, addressing various queries from systems and databases
- Ensure CAFM/CAD systems are current, effective, and tailored to client needs
- Maintain the integrity of drawings and data within the platform
- Advise on CAD standards, space planning standards, and AutoCAD layering standards
- Develop effective space planning solutions
- Conduct surveys to assess space usage, layouts, and headcounts for optimal office space utilization
- Assist in providing space-related data
- Translate business unit requirements into detailed space plans aligned with portfolio strategies
- Apply safety considerations and building regulations in the space planning process
- Promote modern space planning techniques in response to evolving office space usage
- Issue space management drawings to clients
- Collaborate with office furniture manufacturers/suppliers to assist clients in product selection
- Address M&E-related requests and assist in producing 'As built' M&E drawings
