Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Empty Homes and Lettings Team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks, including internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs/refits, and other general maintenance repairs.

About the Role:
  • Carry out maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety guidelines
  • Use a PDA to manage tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license
  • Sound working trade knowledge and experience
  • Experience gained within a maintenance, site, and/or housing environment
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Right first-time approach
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Wide range of multi-trade skills
