We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at The Chimneys Clinic. This specialized facility offers comprehensive care for women with personality disorders, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve personal growth and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to individuals diagnosed with Personality Disorder (PD), EUPD, and Mental Illness.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Offer guidance and support to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Meticulously observe, document, and report any changes in the well-being of service users.
Requirements:
- A recognized nursing qualification and active registration with the NMC.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to providing high-quality care in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine passion for mental health nursing, coupled with empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude.
