About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Directors and Admin Assistant. This is a 100% onsite role, working closely with the Office Manager and the Director to ensure the smooth operation of our Estate Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling office and property management tasks, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
  • Uploading information to our company website, accurately and to tight time schedules
  • High-level data entry tasks, including updating records and databases
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
  • Creating marketing brochures and launching new stock onto online portals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience within an Estate Agency, be well-organized, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to work with initiative and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
