Job Title: Childcare Tutor Assessor

Rutledge Group is seeking an experienced Childcare Tutor Assessor to join our team in Bangor. As a Childcare Tutor, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and compassion of individuals entering the world of early childhood education.

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Tutor Assessor to deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning, and Development. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the Childcare Industry and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, sharing practical insights and real-world examples, preparing students for success in diverse childcare settings.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment, encouraging creativity and instilling a genuine love for learning in future childcare professionals.
  • Deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning, and Development, conferring occupational competence for learners working in an early years setting.
  • Work with students studying on government-funded training programmes Skills for Life and Work (School Leavers) and ApprenticeshipsNI, as well as private students.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare discipline
  • 2+ years' experience working in the Childcare Industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to transport
  • Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)
  • Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
